The depth of experience in our multi-disciplinary team means that we offer a comprehensive service, specifically designed to maximise positive outcomes and provide exceptional value for money for placing authorities.
Our bespoke recording and information system - IRIS - delivers highly evidenced based assessments and reports that show in detail what Observations have been carried out, how many there have been over a given period, and maps all of them to the 'Parenting Triangle'. Families are involved in every aspect of what is recorded and observed.
Our therapists have years of experience dealing with the most entrenched and complex behaviours and are highly skilled in developing effective working relationships swiftly, enabling real progress to be made in the time limits required by courts.
Viability assessments are carried out free of charge. Whenever possible we offer an in person meeting with parents as part of the viability process.
Quality of service is maintained by effective staff supervision - both management and clinical, feedback meetings with placed families carried out by the Responsible Individual for Ofsted and streamlined service quality feedback taken from placing authorities.
Risk is managed forensically. Our risk management systems ensure the safety of placed children and vulnerable adults by an effective focus on detail. Within the team there are years of experience managing the most complex and risk-bearing clients in residential settings.
Our committment is to provide the most effective, comprehensive assessments possible, offering both pragmatic and therapeutic responses to the issues that have caused difficulty and clearly expressed professional opinion on future direction.
